Cassey (Gomes) Mello had never even heard of the Regional Adult Amateur Championship (RAAC) when she and Dominique, Cynthia Bell’s 15 year old APHA mare, started their first show season together. Riding for fun the pair earned the rights to compete in both Training and First levels at RAAC. Cassey and Dominique put in two beautiful rides and brought home two ribbons, but more importantly they brought home memories that will last a lifetime.
